Daily Poll 477: What do you think of multivitamins?
Most supplements aren’t necessary if your diet and lifestyle are on point and that includes multivitamins. Most Americans are eating a diet deficient in micronutrients and instead of eating more nutrient dense foods the solution is to take a multivitamin that is hyper processed and chock full of synthetic additives. Some companies do it better than others and I’m sure they can benefit some but I don’t really see the point for most. That is just me though. What do you think?
