Daily Poll 49: Do you replay games?
There are so many games to play and only so much time to play them all. I’ve got games that I’ve never played before on Steam and sitting on my shelf still wrapped in plastic but there are games that I will replay. Games are judged by replay value and many games aren’t considered to be a complete package without new game plus which lets you replay the game with your old equipment, which can make the experience drastically more fun. New game plus is a big incentive to replay games but some games are so good they don’t need New game plus to have replay value. Those are just my two cents. What are yours?

I also judge the quality of a game by replay value. If I can’t pick it back up in a few months and enjoy it for more than an hour or so, it wasn’t a very good game. For example, I still occasionally play GTAV. Lol. It never stops being enjoyable to play for me.

Games with multiple classes and difficulty levels and where different choices/paths affect the ending are obvious candidates, but games like civilization 6 and simcity I’ll replay on the same difficulty level since the experience is rarely the same every playthrough to begin with. I do have a ton on games on steam I bought years ago and haven’t played yet, some damn good titles too, idk what’s wrong with me😆
