Daily Poll 197: Do you believe in Astrology?
Horoscopes, psychic readings and tarot cards have been around for quite a while. I think most people have little to any faith in the accuracy of astrology but I’ve ran into some believers of astrology in my time. I think it’s all nonsense never thought anything of it and I don’t think I ever will since I’m an Aries and we’re skeptical. That is just me though. What do you guys think? I am, for lack of a better term, Nordic Pagan. Astrology and star charts play a huge role through out the history of man kind and in all cultures. If gravity effects people from the moon (more births on full moons) then certainly other alignments could have an effect. The biggest 2 problems with the modern practice: 1) most people don’t know that the current commercially used version is out of date by several hundred years and doesn’t include the new alignments 2) having a full star-chart done (with modern alignments) takes finding a reputable astrologer who isn’t a fucking grifter and good luck with that LOL.
