Daily Poll 224: What do you think of feminism?
It’s America’s birthday today but I’ll do a poll about that on the 5th. Today’s poll is on feminism. The movement to advance women’s rights has changed a lot over the years and waned in popularity as well. The term has a lot of negative baggage and for good reason considering the harpies that proudly wear that word on their sleeves and act terribly. The idea of feminism is way to broad to be useful especially these days when anyone can be a woman or not at will. That is just me though. What about you? I feel that feminism, as a movement, has lost its way.
There is no reason women should not have equal rights/opportunity, so in that aspect I support the idea of feminism.
However, this new wave seems to be more concerned with the destruction of femininity and rabid misandry than anything else.
