Daily Poll 125: Do you like Science Fiction?
One of the first works of Science Fiction was Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein. The genre has been popular ever since and countless books, movies and games have all come out under the genre. With the Halo show being in the news I figured I’d ask you guys what you think of Science Fiction in general. I do love fantasy and when the science in Science Fiction is done well it makes the experience that much more enjoyable. Those are just my thoughts what are yours? Episode 1 of Halo was peak, throw-away scifi that you would sometimes see late night on the scifi channel back in the day. The last thing before the middle of the night infomercials.

Sci-Fi has always been one of my favorite genres. I was a little bit of Treky growing up (no conventions just a hardcore fan). Really love the Predator and Alien franchises (P1 and P2, Alien and Aliens). I even read the Darkhorse Predator novels. A more recent one is Stargate and all it’s spin offs. And the first season of Altered Carbon on Netflix was dope.

I grew up watching, reading and playing all manner of sci-fi. Star Trek, Alien, Predator, Babylon-5, Stargate, Halo, Gears of War, Mass Effect, and a multitude of one-offs. 80’s sci-fi is especially fun.
Unfortunately, it seems like sci-fi was the first to fall to the woke & there’s no saving it.
