Daily Poll 162: How do you feel about Roe V Wade possibly being overturned?
SCOTUS seems set to end Roe V Wade which is what makes abortion legal on a federal level. If this decision gets overturned then all the 15 week abortion bans in red states are liable to become full on bans. Being an anarchist I don’t want the state doing anything. The fact that so many pregnancies are unwanted is a cultural issue that no state institution can solve by banning or funding abortion. That is just me. What do you guys think? It’s a partial win. It takes the power out of federal hands which is always a plus. Decentralization was never going to be over night. It was always going to take steps. This is a huge step on that road because states rights are easier to affect.

Na, I just enjoy the show, yes I’m pro life but I’m a more relaxed about my pro life stance based on the simple logic that pro lifers aren’t going to abort their babies while pro choice/pro Abortionists have a likelihood of aborting their baby or not having as many kids than pro lifers.
So, I’ll just sit and wait until the pro lifers take over just by the number of births compared to non pro lifers. And what we are seeing the whole Roe vs Wade was going to happen either now or later down the road.

Needs to be overturned and let the individual states determine their own laws on this subject matter.

I am hoping it encourages progs to leave the state of Florida.
