Daily Poll 175: How do you feel about the US Constitution?
The US Constitution has resulted in a state that permits a lot more individual freedom than most but it’s still a framework for an inherently flawed and involuntary system. I do like the bill of rights and the ability to amend the constitution but enforcement and the court system have effectively made a lot of the constitution toilet paper in my opinion. What’s yours? Best framework made to date, many countries copy it. It’s flaws are lack of transparency and corruption.

A noble but failed experiment is the best way to describe it.

I believe it was the greatest philosophical work of the America Culture. While the implantations and functions are what most people focus on, I prefer to examine from what they where trying to say about the inherent nature of rights and how one should structure cooperation amongst a large group of free people.

I don’t care what the Constitution says, I’m following the 66 books of the Bible and deal with the consequences of it. Because I’m a Christian Anarchist.
