Daily Poll 340: What do you think of Keto?
Keto has gained quite a bit of traction as a diet that can work. The main idea is low to no carbs with an emphasis on fat. It can be a crash diet if you go too extreme with how many carbs you restrict but it has worked for a good amount of people. I do try to avoid carbs especially processed ones but I’ve never gone to a point where I’ve done keto. What about you? Don’t forget to vote on the poll and to comment below!
