Daily Poll 422: What do you think of the carnivore diet?
On the other end of the vegan spectrum is the carnivore diet. One eating only meat and animal products. It does work for those who can’t digest fruits and vegetables and since animal products are nutrient dense as long as you source them correctly you’ll be able to achieve proper nutrition on a carnivore diet if done correctly. I eat mostly animal products but I do have plant products as well so it’s not a diet I see myself ever going on. What about you? Don’t forget to vote on the poll and to comment below!
