Daily Poll 476: Do you take glutamine?
I did a poll asking about creatine so I’ll ask about another supplement for performance which is glutamine. Glutamine is an essential amino acid in humans for protein synthesis and is essential for proper immune and digestive health. A deficiency in glutamine can lead to muscle catabolism so to supplement it to prevent that does make sense. It doesn’t have the same definitive backing for performance like creatine. The information I have on glutamine is a bit inconclusive as a supplement so I’ve held off on starting it but that might change in the future. What about you?
