    It was the right ruling based on the current laws but the division in the country came into stark contrast with the outcome. I think it served to even further delegitimize the whole thing (the federal system). In the eyes of the authoritarians the system failed to make them safe from the dirty unvaxxed and it failed to satisfy the anti-vaxxers desire to eliminate government overreach.

    Hard to give people props for doing what they’re supposed to do. Especially when they still force medical workers under the mandate. I never thought it was going through though, it’s illegal and self-refuting. Months ago I had people telling me there was a mandate and I was going to lose my job, I told them the mandate was illegal and would be struck down. My blood remains pure.

    I’m glad to not be a victim of Biden’s mandate, but the wording of the ruling does nothing to address the root of the issue. Government has no right to our bodies. It was left at, “well osha can’t regulate generalized risk so this tyranny will have to come from a different government agency to be approved by us. Try again.” Predictable, and underwhelming, but kind of a relief.
