Daily Poll 592: Are you an anxious person?
Anxiety is something I’ve felt quite intensely at points in my life but I’ll stand by being more of a somber person than an anxious one. It’s natural to worry about your future and to regret your past but letting it control you is not good at all. Mental health is important to address but our culture has such a skewed perception on what taking care of your mental health looks like. The solution to anxiety is action and self improvement not medication and talking endlessly about how nervous you are. Those are just my thoughts. What about you?
