To me, Rogan is only useful for as long as he will give a platform for guys like Dave Smith to speak to the millions. But I don’t disagree with you at all that Rogan himself doesn’t have a whole lot of value in spreading liberty. Another wishy-washy moderate. And he and guys like Tim Pool will always be that. And recent events have telegraphed who really holds the keys in the relationship between he and Spotify.

I know who Joe Rogan is because I watched Fear Factor back in the day but that’s my extent of knowing him until recently. I appreciate his stance on this Covid restriction nonsense and giving a voice to the experts we aren’t supposed to listen to. Can’t say I’ve listened to the podcast or followed anything else he’s done, but he seems like a decent guy. I definitely don’t agree with the left going after him so hard. Just because people don’t agree with his opinions doesn’t mean he deserves to be censored.

It’s easy to see that even though he’s center-left, therefore I disagree with him on a lot, his importance lies in those he brings to the table and that’s not a knock to him or his intelligence. The fact of the matter is his platform is huge and the leftists, as they always do, want to monopolize it. There’s a list of leftists arranging his guests along the left or right to prove that he has more “right-wing” guests and the list is just comedy gold. As for his recent n-word controversy…that’s not an accident and someone on Twitter made a whole thread proving that he is prime target for the leftist.
