Daily Poll 925: Was There a Previous Advanced Civilization Before Ours?
The idea that there was an advanced civilization to the degree of ours has been around for quite a while. I do think there is some circumstantial evidence for this I can’t really say for sure. The theory is that a great flood is what destroyed this civilization and the survivors of this flood carried on the story of the apocalypse but not much else. A great flood story, like Noah’s ark, appears in many religions so it could be possible. It’s not something I’ll say for certain but the idea is intensely interesting.
