In reference to https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RRdhe4EuWNU&t=1s the “Chickenshit Republicans” video from a few days ago. I left a comment basically saying what if you do flee your liberal state as a conservative? Where do you go, because the state you run to, may not be as safe or as “RED” as you think. I mentioned Ohio as being one of those states, red state, red (but RINO) governor, but every major city is blue ran by a blue mayor. The state basically stayed red due to the overwhelming white, rural trump loving voters, not saying that as a negative thing. There are tons of those small towns ,mostly white, strewn all throughout not just Ohio but the Midwest, I mean this info is easy to verify.

Anyway, everyone knows about Tesla leaving California and going to Texas. While it’s going to add jobs, I don’t think it will make that much of a difference socially and politically. Elon musk seems to be moderate, and his employees probably follow suit, and they’re may not be enough if them to make that much of a difference. However, Intel is a woke mess, along the lines of Google and Facebook , along with any other woke company with views, although they may not be as vocal about it. I worked for them for pretty much Obama’s second term, and got laid off right before Trump got elected. In fact, I moved to Arizona from Ohio to work for them. It was bad then and it’s much worse now from what I hear from my former colleagues.

Intel is about to start building a 20 billion dollar facility (about 1/4 of their yearly revenue) in Licking county Ohio, not far from where I was raised (Google and Facebook also have smaller offices in that area). Let me rephrase that. Intel is preparing to drop a 20 billion dollar woke liberal blue bomb in the middle of small town rural Ohio, licking county. Population about 180k, 93% white, 3% black, less than 1% everything else. I’ve worked and lived in towns like this and haven’t had any issues. However, Intel is bringing along Californians, Oregonians, Arizonians, New Mexicans, and any Indians willing to come over on H1b visas. I know they’re already asking people to move, I’m already seeing those discussions. I wouldn’t do it myself if I still worked there, because they’re expecting people to live in Columbus and commute to work, but traffic on the 270 loop is already a nightmare as it is…

So what do you think? We also have something to say about people who leave liberal states for conservative ones, then vote for the same policies they fled from, but what happens when a corporation does it? I’m not saying Intel is exactly fleeing, but they recently build a Fab in chandler AZ that they were working on the entire time I was working there, then decided not to use it. Why not? Have they finally “califonized” AZ enough that it isn’t profitable for Intel anymore? Will Intel “Californize” Ohio? I’m not sure but i wouldn’t be surprised if Ohio was solid blue by 2028. 😅

I had no idea that Intel was moving to my home state. And, yes, Ohio has been largely conservative since Kasich took office as governor. DeWine, however…I’ll be nice, and call him a noodleback. I will leave it at that. Intel moving here will be great for job growth, it’s just that I don’t want any retarded Californian habits being brought here. Leave that junk in Cali.

Washingtonian here. Californians won’t change. They’ll flee that dumpster fire and still continue to insist that it’s all just fine and dandy over there. It’s infuriating, but that’s how my rural small town lifestyle got overrun by condos, electric vehicles, stupid laws, and insane tax rates. Californian self righteous tyranny.
